There are always many questions before a trip. We have put together an overview of the most frequently asked questions with helpful answers:
Arrival
When can I check in?
You can check in from 3 pm on.
How long is the reception open?
The reception is staffed until 10 pm.
How do I check in after 10 pm?
There is a check-in box at the entrance of the hotel. For check in use your first name and then follow the further instructions.
Do you have parking facilities?
We have parking places on site, which are free of charge for our guests.
How do I use the gray chip/white card?
Use the gray chip to open the main entrance door.
Use the white card to open your room.
Departure
How long can I stay in the room?
During the week you check out by 11 a.m.
On weekends you check out by 12 p.m.
Can I keep the room longer?
If you would like to leave later, please contact the reception.
Late check-out depends on availability. An additional charge will apply.
Room
How can I contact the reception?
To contact the reception, please dial No. 9.
Can I make phone calls from my room?
It is only possible to call from room to room. To do this, please select the corresponding room number. A call outside the home is not possible.

Is there public transport nearby?
The “Südring” stop is about 100m from the hotel. The U71 (Rath terminus) and U 83 (Gerresheim Hospital terminus) start from there. Both trains also go to the city center.
How do I get from the hotel to the trade fair by subway?
Take U 71 or U 83 to “Heinrich-Heine-Allee”. There you change to the U 78 direction “Messe”. The subway stops at the trade fair entrance north.
